The Internal moisture enhances the freezing process hence allowing the product on the rock to remain firmly frozen so that the diner can enjoy the unique experience of their choice of accompaniments/toppings (mix-ins) with their ice cream on FROSTY ROCK

Accompaniments/toppings can be served with the ice cream dessert on the Frosty Rock and or mixed in with the ice cream instead of just presenting it on top.

Toppings/mix-ins can be selected from fruits, glazed fruits, chocolates, soft lollies (for children – gummy bears/strawberries as suggested ideas –refer to attachment).Initially, you can allow 2-4 different flavours of ice cream with 2 toppings as mix-in or served with the ice cream on the Frosty Rock.

The Ceramic Platter used for serving Hot Rocks (HR2) can be used for serving FROSTY ROCK DESSERT.

Franchise companies use this very system, except customers order their treats at the counter. Customers choose their choice of ice cream and their accompaniments and toppings which are crushed onto the cold rock and presented to the customer in a small/med/large tub.
